Oil Therapy in Southwest Seoul
— Magok, Gayang, Deungchon, Hwagok, Banghwa and Balsan

Guests looking into oil therapy in Seoul tend to ask us the same three things before booking: how the session actually runs, how to choose the length, and what happens with the oil once it is over. This guide answers them in that order, then covers how to reach Fiorael from each neighbourhood in Gangseo-gu.

What Our Oil Therapy Is

At Fiorael, oil therapy is offered as the Fiore Relax Body Therapy. We use a generous amount of warmed oil and work over the whole body in one continuous, gentle flow — the focus is on the movement of the hands rather than on pressure. It is a full-body relaxing care session.

It suits guests who want an hour or so of complete quiet more than those hoping for firm pressure. Plenty of guests fall asleep partway through. If there is an area you would like us to avoid or go easy on, just tell us before we begin.

Every session takes place in a fully private one-on-one room, and appointments are spaced so that guests never cross paths.

Two Lengths: 70 or 100 Minutes

The same flow is offered in two lengths. First-time guests usually start with 70 minutes, then choose 100 minutes on a day when they have more time to spare.

Fiore Flow

Fiore Relax Body Therapy

70 minutes

The core session — soft oil work across the whole body with no heavy pressure. Easy to fit in after work or on a weekend afternoon.

Signature

Signature Fiore Relax Body Therapy

100 minutes

The same flow extended to 100 minutes, with a wider range and a longer finishing stage. Usually chosen by guests who have set the whole day aside to rest.

Current prices for each length are listed on our oil therapy page.

Choosing the Oil and the Pressure

Oil

Our oils vary slightly in scent and texture. Just tell us whether you like a noticeable fragrance or would rather barely smell it, and we will prepare one to suit you that day. If you have any allergies, including nut allergies, please mention them when booking.

Pressure

The Fiore Relax Body Therapy is gentle by default. "A little lighter" or "a little deeper" at any point is all we need to adjust. If you would rather not talk, let us know at the start and we will work in silence.

Afterwards — Showering and Getting Ready

Because we use plenty of oil, most guests shower before leaving. The shower and powder room are stocked with a hairdryer, cleansing pads, toothbrushes and other basics, so there is very little you need to bring.

A robe is waiting for you in the room. Loose, comfortable clothes are all you need to arrive in, and they make the trip home easier too.

💡 Tip. If you have plans straight afterwards, add 20–30 minutes for showering and getting ready when you book. It is far more comfortable than rushing out with oil still on your skin.

Getting Here From Each Neighbourhood

Fiorael is on the 3rd floor of 11 Magokjungang 2-ro, Gangseo-gu — 2 minutes on foot from Magok Station Exit 5 (Line 5) and 5 minutes from Magongnaru Station Exit 3 (Line 9). Parking in the building is free.

Magok-dong

Most guests searching for oil therapy in Magok-dong walk over from within the Magok business district. Evenings after work are the most requested times on weekdays, so if you have a slot in mind, message us a few days ahead.

Balsan-dong

For oil therapy in Balsan-dong, Balsan Station is one stop from Magok on Line 5, and some guests simply walk on a nice day. If you are near Magok Station (Balsan) in Gangseo-gu, travel time is hardly a factor.

Gayang-dong

For oil therapy in Gayang-dong, take Line 9: Gayang Station to Magongnaru is two stops with no transfer. Some guests stop by on a weekend afternoon as part of a walk.

Deungchon-dong

If you are looking for oil therapy in Deungchon-dong, Deungchon Station is four stops from Magongnaru on Line 9, and buses towards Magok Station are another option. On days you book the 100-minute session, allow plenty of time for the journey home as well.

Hwagok-dong

Oil therapy in Hwagok-dong is an easy trip: Hwagok Station to Magok Station is three stops on Line 5 with no transfer. Because we stay open late, many guests from Hwagok book at night once their day is done.

Banghwa-dong

For oil therapy in Banghwa-dong, Banghwa and Gaehwasan stations connect directly on Line 5, and Sinbanghwa Station is a single stop from Magongnaru on Line 9. Gimpo Airport is close by, so some guests visit around a trip — if you are flying that day, leave a little extra time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How is oil therapy different from Swedish?

Both use oil, but the flow is different. Swedish keeps a steady rhythm; the Fiore Relax Body Therapy moves more slowly and softly, with no heavy pressure. If you are unsure, just describe the feel you are after.

Q. Do I need to wipe the oil off afterwards?

We tidy it up at the end of the session, and you are welcome to shower before you leave. We recommend including shower time in your booking.

Q. Should I choose 70 or 100 minutes?

70 minutes if it is your first visit or you have plans afterwards; 100 minutes if you have kept the day free to rest.

Q. Do you take male guests?

It depends on the programme, so please message us before booking and we will let you know the available times.
